The Lunchbox (2014 US Release) -
I watched this movie with my family, I have to say it was a work of art. It is not some cheesy retarded love story, and its not one of those Bollywood musical love stories.  Its got 96% on Rotten Tomatoes for good reason: this is just a reallly good, well made, superb movie, with great actors. Its hard to come by movies like this these days.
Its starting to become a pain for me to watch these kdrama, anime shows, and Chinese/Taiwanese movies. Seriously, its the same crap over and over again, and there’s almost not a single ounce of reality in them. Even Hayao Miyazaki is complaining about the anime industry.
He said people in the industry “don’t spend time watching real people” and can be characterized as “humans who can’t stand looking at other humans.” He then called the industry “full of otaku.”
I hope people can stop trying to escape from reality, it makes them immature. It ends up that they grow for many years, but inside they really haven’t learned anything. They stay as children, because they spent all their time escaping instead of learning. AND GUYS, love is not about anime and kdrama, no, its so horribly portrayed in this media, and people believe it. Even if they say, “oh yeah I know its not real,” they are probably subconsciously buying into it. Its not possible to stand around looking pretty and find someone who actually loves you, what kind of person would that even attract… And It also doesn’t start from one person, love is a double sided thing, both people have to be in it to win it. Its not only about asking yourself if the other person is loyal, its also about asking yourself whether you will be loyal, whether you trust yourself.

Pharrell Williams - Happy (Makoto 170 Edit)

Wow, Liquicity put out this amazzzzingg silky smooth drum and bass remix by Japanese drum and bass artist Makoto, I think I like it better than the original. That smooth happy vibe got super amplified.

Sunlounger - White Sand

Found this as I was going through old Armada stuff on youtube. I instantly remembered where I heard this. It was at the end of Armin’s ASOT 600 Mexico warm up set. Just when this track kicked in, and that acoustic guitar went off, the entirety of Mexico went WILLDDD, cheering and everything.

Armin said “It’s times like this that I wish my brother Eller were here.” I remember thinking, “wow, this song must have so many memories behind it.”

Sunlounger, also known as Roger Shah. I wish Armada could have kept releasing stuff like this. I guess they are trying, that interview with Paul van Dyk during ASOT 650 was perfectly said. Everyone is getting sick of the crappy house scene, they want to do something meaningful, something with actual thought and heart behind it.

Dat Balearic vibe

"I’ve… seen things you people wouldn’t believe… Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those… moments… will be lost in time, like… tears… in… rain. Time… to die" - Roy
Finally found this movie and watched it. That ending line was so cinematic, so powerful, so well said, wooooowww. Great Movie

One of the greatest Trance/Progressive classics. Its always in the sets when I’m listening to stuff from back in the 2004ish time.

That late night vibe is so soothing, it could go either way, it gives you a late night feel or a “on the beach in Ibiza with the sun shining down” feel. You know you’re in for a great set when this song slips in.

Its got a weird name [Probspot - Foreplay (Original Mix)], but trust me this is one amazing, soothing, calming, late-night/sunshine, track

BBC Radio 1 Essential Mixes

Finally got new earphones after more than a month of having a broken earphone that only worked in 1 ear. OH MY, THE SOUND QUALITYYY WOOOOWWW, CLEAREST SOUND I’VE EVER HEARDD. I man I was sooo happpyyyyy, that sound, so crisp, I couldn’t hear at least 50% of each song, but NOW, FULL EXPERIENCEEE, I almost cry.

And to top it off, I was just listening to these ridiculous BBC Radio 1 essential mixes from back in the day:

1. Paul van Dyk - Live @ Gallery Turnmills (04-04-1999) (Essential Mix)

2. Paul Van Dyk First Essential Mix 20.04.1997. Live At BBC Radio 1

3. Swedish House Mafia - Creamfields 2010 - BBC Essential Mix of the Year 2010

4. Essential Mix Live With Axwell @ Winter Music Conference Miami 2011

5. Above & Beyond 2011 BBC Radio 1 Mix Set

6. Above & Beyond Essential Mix BBC Radio1 - Mix of the year 2004

7. Armin Van Buuren First Essential Mix 09.02.2003, Live At BBC Radio 1

8. DJ Tiesto First Essential Mix Live At BBC Radio 1, 09.09.2001.

These are some really AMAZING mixes. I really love the older stuff much more, so much more care and quality went into production. These sounds are so innovative. I bolded the Above & Beyond sets because these sets are completely different from what they are doing now, has a very Sasha feel to it, I actually prefer this Above & Beyond slightly more.

Those samples of people taking is so Sasha, it just makes these mixes even more personal.

And the Swedish House Mafia mix, wooow, very different from their Madison Garden and Masquerade Motel sets. I think this is probably my favorite set from them.

I got so sick of listening to the monotony of Trance and House today , and these sets really helped me rediscover these genres again. so If you’ve been listening too much of the same thing over and over, and are getting sick of it, listen to some of these Essentail MixesSS!!!!

You’re the Best, Lee Soon-shin, This drama was a journey, filled with anger, happiness, frustration, sadness, hilarity, and everything you could ever have in a drama. But mostly HATE AGAINST THAT SONG MI RYUNG. Holy crap, so much, oh my gah, you hate her so much by the end of the drama, it is ridiculous. And IU always pissing you off by not saying anything, dat ooooooo dAT miss-communication and all. But if you stick with this drama and all its arcs, literally every family member has an arc in this story, it will be satisfying.

I was so happy in the end when I got to see each of the girls find the right guy and everyone was at the table laughing and finally being together. One of my favorite scenes. The other one, which I couldn’t find agina, was when Shin Depyo called Yi Soon Shin one night to meet him and she says “ok,” and runs straight to her closet to find something amazing to wear as the “Mola Mola” theme plays in the background. If was like FINALLLLY SHIN DEPYO AND YI SOON SHINNNN 4LYFEEEEEEE.

So this drama was aweosme, and it was 50 episodes, but it was AWEESOMEEEE
